Welcome to BodyMetrics.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BodyMetrics mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by BodyMetrics.
By downloading, installing, or using BodyMetrics App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our App.
1. Use of the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content within the App. The use of the App and its content is at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Premium Features
BodyMetrics offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through subscription plans.
3.2 Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all charges at the prices listed for the subscription plan you select
- Authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider
- Comply with Apple's terms of service regarding in-app purchases
3.3 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by BodyMetrics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Content
By submitting content to the App (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
